your digital storefront

A shop that looks like you — live at your own link

The moment you sign up, you get a storefront at irestdc.com/c/your-shop — your logo, your colors, your fonts, your cover photo. It opens instantly in any browser, on any phone, with nothing for your customers to install. Send one link on WhatsApp, print one QR code by the register, and your shop is everywhere your customers already are.

Your brand, not ours
Logo, brand colors, button style, font and cover photo — the catalog looks like your shop, down to the last detail.
Three languages, automatically
Hebrew, Arabic and English side by side, with right-to-left done properly. Each customer sees their own language.
QR code + short link
A ready share page for flyers, table tents, stickers, stories and receipts.
Found on Google
Clean SEO, rich link previews, an XML sitemap and a listing in the public iRestDC business directory.
Accessibility built in
The iRestAccess widget on every page — IS 5568 compliant, no extra plugin to buy.

Why it matters: A professional storefront used to mean an agency and thousands of shekels. Here it's included — and it's live today.

your catalog

Products that answer questions before the phone rings

Every product gets photos, a description in up to three languages, variants like size or color, and optional paid add-ons — a greeting card, gift wrap, extra toppings. Prices live in one place. Stock counts itself down. Customers see what's available and what isn't, so you stop answering "do you still have…?" calls all day.

Variants & add-ons
Small / medium / large, colors, extras — each with its own price, and stock tracked per variant.
Honest sale pricing
Set a "was" price and the strikethrough shows only when the discount is real.
Smart inventory
Sold-out items gray out automatically; low stock shows an "only a few left" nudge.
Marketing tags
"Bestseller", "New", "Sale" — chips that make the grid scannable at a glance.
Availability rules per product
Prep lead times, weekly windows (challah on Fridays only), daily capacity caps and future launch dates.

Why it matters: A catalog that keeps itself up to date sells for you while you're busy making the actual product.

running the day

Every order on one live board — nothing on paper

New orders appear on your board the second they're placed, with a sound alert so you don't miss them mid-rush. Move each one through Confirm → Preparing → Ready → Delivered with one tap — and your customer watches those statuses update live on their own tracking page, so they stop calling to ask "is it ready?". Took an order by phone? Type it into the same board in seconds.

Live board with sound alerts
New orders ping you in real time — confirm from the counter, the kitchen or the couch.
Live tracking for the customer
Every order has a status timeline page, with a shareable tracking link.
Manual orders
Phone and walk-in orders go on the same board — one queue, no sticky notes.
Printable labels & slips
One click prints a delivery label — name, phone, address — and a POD slip for the courier.
Two confirmation styles
Classic confirm-then-prepare, or confirm with a ready time that jumps straight to preparing.

Why it matters: The notebook forgets, pages tear, handwriting lies. The board doesn't.

your hours, your rules

The catalog knows when you're open — and plans ahead when you're not

Set your weekly hours once — split shifts included — and the storefront enforces them for you. Closed right now? Customers can still order for later: the system only offers times you can actually deliver, counting from your next opening plus whatever prep time the products need. You'll never wake up to an order that was due an hour ago.

Weekly hours with split shifts
Morning and evening ranges per day, and days off — the catalog closes ordering after hours.
Open / busy / closed switch
One override with customer-facing banners — "busy, longer prep times" included.
Order-ahead when closed
After-hours visitors schedule for reopening, with a lead buffer you control.
Per-product prep times & windows
24-hour-notice cakes, Friday-only items — each product carries its own timing rules.
Daily capacity caps
"Only 20 a day" — the catalog counts orders and closes the item when the day is full.

Why it matters: You set the rules once; the system says "no" for you — politely, 24/7.

pickup & delivery

Delivery zones with prices you decide

Turn pickup and delivery on or off independently. Define delivery zones by city, each with its own fee, minimum order and ETA — checkout picks the right fee from the customer's address automatically and blocks orders below your minimum. No more haggling over delivery fees in the DMs.

Pickup & delivery toggles
Pause delivery without deleting your zones; run pickup-only days when you're short-staffed.
Zones by city
Each zone carries its own delivery fee, minimum order and estimated time.
Automatic fees at checkout
The customer picks a city; the right fee and minimum apply themselves.
Delivery-time note
Your own wording for how delivery is coordinated — shown right where customers decide.
Address collection built in
City, street and notes captured on the order — and printed on the label.

Why it matters: Customers see the fee before they order — you stop losing money on "I thought delivery was free".

getting paid

Money to your account. Orders from real people.

Take cash on pickup or delivery, or switch on online card payments through the Israeli gateways you already know — Tranzila, Cardcom and more — connected to your own merchant account, so the money lands with you, never with us. And before any order reaches your board, the customer verifies their phone with a one-time SMS code, so every order has a real person and a real number behind it.

Cash or online cards
Enable any mix of payment methods; customers choose at checkout.
Your own merchant account
Gateways connect with your credentials — iRestDC never holds your money.
Payment status on the board
Paid, awaiting, refunded — you see it next to every order.
SMS-verified checkout
A one-time code via iRestSMS blocks junk and prank orders before they reach you.
Legal pages included
Per-business terms, privacy and delivery policies — localized defaults you can override.

Why it matters: The two things a business can't compromise on: getting paid, and knowing who's ordering.

growing the business

The second sale is the profitable one — we help you get it

Winning a new customer is expensive; bringing one back is nearly free. iRestDC ships the whole retention toolkit: coupon codes for campaigns, a points-based customer club that rewards regulars automatically, SMS blasts to your customer list, and a favorites heart so customers save the items they're coming back for.

Coupons & discount codes
Percentage or fixed amount, expiry dates, usage caps, minimum order and per-customer limits.
Customer club with points
Points accrue on every order at a rate you set — regulars feel it and come back.
Marketing SMS campaigns
Reach your list with promotions — sent through the same trusted SMS pipeline as your codes.
Customer favorites
A heart on every product saves it for later — the wishlist follows the customer's account across devices.
Order history
Signed-in customers see all their past orders — and you see who your regulars are.

Why it matters: A customer who saved three items and holds 400 club points doesn't shop around.

not selling online? still win

A showroom catalog — with "I'm interested" straight to your WhatsApp

Car lots, furniture stores, jewelers, made-to-order workshops — some businesses close deals in conversation, not in a shopping cart. Flip the whole catalog (or just certain products) into showcase mode: instead of Add to Cart, customers press "I'm interested" and WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message naming the exact item — variant included — plus a link to it. You can even skip pricing and show "Ask for price".

Whole store or single products
One switch turns the shop into a showroom; or flag individual items as inquiry-only.
One tap to WhatsApp
The message arrives pre-written in the customer's language, with the item name, chosen variant and link.
Dedicated inquiries number
Route interest messages to a specific WhatsApp — or let it fall back to your existing one.
"Ask for price"
Leave the price at zero and the catalog shows "Ask for price" instead of ₪0.
No dead ends
In showcase mode the cart and checkout disappear completely — the catalog stays clean.

Why it matters: You get warm leads in WhatsApp — where you already close your deals — with the exact item the customer wants in hand.

common questions

The questions everyone asks first

Do my customers need to install an app?

No. Your catalog is a regular web page that opens instantly in any browser, on any phone. The link — or the QR code — is all a customer ever needs.

Do I need a developer or a designer?

No. If you can fill in a form and upload a photo, you can set up the whole shop. The setup wizard takes most owners under ten minutes, and every screen of the dashboard is in your language.

Where does the money from online payments go?

Straight to your own account with your payment provider (Tranzila, Cardcom and others). iRestDC never holds or routes your money — we just show the payment status on your board.

What stops fake or prank orders?

Every checkout is verified with a one-time SMS code sent to the customer's phone. No verified phone, no order — so everything that reaches your board is real.

I don't take orders online — is iRestDC still for me?

Yes. Showcase mode turns the catalog into a digital showroom: every product carries an "I'm interested" button that opens WhatsApp with the exact item in the message. Perfect for car lots, furniture, jewelry and made-to-order work.

What languages does my shop speak?

Hebrew, Arabic and English — in parallel. You enter your products once in the languages you choose, and each customer automatically sees their own, with right-to-left layouts handled properly.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time from the dashboard — billing simply ends with the current cycle. And you start with 14 days free, no credit card, so trying it costs nothing.
