01What the service is

iRestDC is a SaaS platform for building a digital catalog, managing inventory, and receiving orders in real time through a dashboard. Each customer business gets its own shop address under irestdc.com. You get access to the tools — not the source code or infrastructure.

02Signup and payment

Signing up opens a 14-day free trial account. At the end of the trial you'll need to choose a paid plan. Billing is monthly.

You can cancel any time — no penalty, no questions. Billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

03Paid subscriptions, cancellation & refunds

Paid subscriptions — the plans, billing, cancellation and refunds — are governed by our Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as the merchant of record for the transaction; the purchase itself is also subject to the Paddle checkout buyer terms.

Paddle processing applies to subscription payments only. The optional setup service, if you order it, is a separate engagement paid as a one-off charge that is not collected through Paddle and is not part of the subscription — its full terms are set out in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

04What's allowed and not

You may not use iRestDC to:

• Sell illegal goods (weapons, drugs, counterfeits).
• Distribute spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Publish offensive, inciting, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to breach the system, reverse-engineer it, or load it abnormally.

A breach will lead to immediate account closure, without refund.

05Our responsibilities

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available. If you run into a problem — we'll address it as quickly as possible. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the month in which the issue occurred.

06Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the catalog content (descriptions, prices, images), for communicating with your customers, and for tax obligations in your country. We are not a party to the agreement between you and your customers.

All images and media uploaded to your catalog are yours. You warrant that you hold the rights to use them and you bear sole responsibility for them. iRestDC / iRestWEB does not review, approve or endorse catalog images, and is not responsible for them. Unlawful, infringing or otherwise unwanted content can be reported to [email protected], and we may remove it.

07Intellectual property

The iRestDC name, the logo (the penguin), and our code belong to iRestWEB. You may use the service under these terms, but not duplicate the code or visual identity.

08Terminating the agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We'll try to give you 30 days' notice before voluntary closure, unless it's a serious breach.

09Changes to the terms

We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before a material change to the terms. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree — cancel the account before the change takes effect.

10Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
