Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

01Plans and pricing

iRestDC is sold as three monthly subscription plans:

• Basic — ₪199 / month.
• Standard — ₪299 / month.
• Pro — ₪449 / month.

Prices include VAT and include exactly what is listed on the pricing page — no hidden extras. There is no mandatory setup fee — setting the shop up yourself is included in the subscription. If you would rather we build it for you, an optional one-off setup service is available, described under “Optional setup service” below.

That subscription is what you are buying: the right to use the iRestDC software. iRestDC takes 0% of what your shop sells, at any volume, and never receives, holds or transmits money between you and your customers — your customers pay into your own payment gateway account. Our billing provider is our merchant of record for the subscription only.

If we ever change a price, we'll give you at least 30 days' advance notice — by email and in the management panel. The new price only applies from the first billing cycle after the notice period ends, so you can always cancel before it takes effect.

02Optional setup service

If you would rather not build the shop yourself, we can do it for you: building the product catalog, entering products and categories, uploading images, and basic visual set-up.

• Cost: ₪500 to ₪1,200 — a one-off payment, VAT included.
• Where you land in that range depends on how many products your shop has.
• You always get an exact quote in advance. We neither start work nor take payment until you have approved it.
• This is entirely separate from the subscription: it is never charged automatically, is not part of your monthly bill, and is not required to use the platform.

Cancellation and refunds: cancel free of charge any time before we start work. If we have already started, we charge only for the part actually completed and refund the rest. If we did not deliver what was agreed, the refund is full.

03What is NOT included in the subscription

Two things are paid for separately from your monthly plan. Neither is ever charged automatically, and neither is required to run your shop:

• SMS credits. Marketing campaigns to your customer list, and showing your own business name as the sender on order codes, run on prepaid SMS credits bought separately from the subscription. No plan includes a credit balance. If your balance runs out, campaigns simply stop — and order codes keep going out from the iRestDC sender, so your checkout never breaks. Credits are sold in advance and are non-recurring: write to us and we will quote and top up your balance. Nothing is taken from your card for credits without you asking.
• The optional setup service — ₪500 to ₪1,200, one-off, described in the next section. Quoted and approved in advance, never automatic.

Everything else listed on the pricing page is included in the plan price. There are no per-order fees, no commission on your sales, and no charge for the payment gateway you connect — that relationship is between you and your own payment provider.

04Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card and no commitment. During the trial you get the full feature set of the plan you chose, with no artificial limits.

At the end of the trial you pick a plan to continue. Didn't pick one? You're charged nothing — we never asked for a card, so there's nothing to charge.

05Billing and renewal

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at each billing cycle, until you cancel it.

Subscription payments are processed securely by our billing provider, acting as merchant of record (reseller) for the subscription. Your payment details are entered directly with them and never pass through our servers.

The charge may appear on your card statement under our billing provider's name rather than iRestDC. The payment is also subject to our billing provider's checkout buyer terms, which we will provide on request.

06Cancelling your subscription

Cancel any time, yourself, from the business panel — on the "Subscription & usage" page. No phone calls, no forms, no questions asked.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — until then you keep full access to the service, and you are not charged again.
• Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation any time before the period ends — the subscription simply continues, with no extra charge in between.
• There are no partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid — you simply keep using the service until it ends.

07Refunds

Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full — write to us and we'll sort it out quickly.

Other refund requests are reviewed case by case, in line with our billing provider's checkout buyer terms. Contact us within 14 days of the charge — and we'll do our best to reach a fair resolution.

08Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade any time from the business panel. The change takes effect immediately, and the prorated charge for the rest of the month is calculated automatically by our billing provider — you only pay for what you actually used.

When downgrading, no existing content is ever deleted. If you're over the lower plan's limits, you simply can't create new items until you're back under them.

09After your subscription ends

Subscription over? Your account and data are retained for another 90 days (the shop may be limited according to the plan rules). Within that window you can export your data or reactivate the subscription at any moment — and everything comes back exactly as it was.

After 90 days the data may be permanently deleted.

10How iRestDC makes money

So there is no ambiguity about who pays whom:

• We charge you a monthly software subscription — ₪199, ₪299 or ₪449 — and nothing else. Optionally, a one-off setup fee if you ask us to build the shop for you, always quoted and approved in advance.
• We take 0% of your sales. No commission, no percentage, no per-order fee, no matter how much your shop turns over.
• We never handle your customers' money. Your shoppers pay into your own payment gateway account (PayPlus, Hyp, Tranzila, Cardcom, PayPal) or offline by cash, Bit or bank transfer. iRestDC does not receive, hold, route or settle those funds and is not a party to those transactions.
• Our billing provider bills the subscription only. It is our merchant of record for what you pay us, and has no involvement in what your customers pay you.
